Return Requests

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and returned in its original packaging and condition.

For hygiene and product integrity reasons, fragrances that have been opened, sprayed, used, or altered may not be eligible for return unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible.

Include your order number and clear photos showing the product, packaging, and issue.

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges may be non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
