Refund Policy

At Creedance Parfum, customer satisfaction is important to us.

If you would like to request a return or refund, contact us at creedanceparfum@gmail.com and include your order number.

Products must generally be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging and condition to qualify for a return.

Due to the nature of fragrance products, opened, sprayed, used, or altered products may not be eligible for return unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If your product arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible and provide clear photos of the product and packaging.

Once an approved return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.

Shipping costs may be non-refundable unless the return results from an error on our part.
